How it Works
From your first call to follow-up care, here's exactly how a house call works.
Getting seen shouldn't mean getting dressed, driving across town, and sitting in a lobby. Here's what happens when you call us — every step, explained in plain language.
Your visit, step by step
Four simple steps. No waiting rooms, no parking lots, no lobby chairs.
Step 1
You call, we listen
Tell us what's going on — symptoms, worries, questions. We'll answer what we can over the phone, and arrange a timely visit.
Step 2
We come to you
A licensed provider arrives at your door on time, with everything needed for your visit — exam equipment, testing supplies, and treatments, all brought with.
Step 3
Care in familiar surroundings
Exam, diagnosis, and treatment in your living room or favorite chair — rapid tests, stitches, IV fluids...whatever is deemed necessary.
Step 4
Follow-up that follows through
You get a clear plan in writing, notes shared with your primary doctor, and a check-in call to see how you're doing. If anything changes, a revisit is one phone call away.
You don't need to do much — that's the point. But a few small things make the visit smoother:
- Your photo ID. We will go through initial forms with you.
- Your medication bottles (or a list of what you take)
- A short list of your symptoms and any questions
- A comfortable, well-lit spot to sit — your favorite chair is perfect
- Family or caregivers welcome to join the visit
What happens after the visit
Your visit doesn't end when the provider walks out the door. Here's what happens after, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- A written care summary left with you.
- Visit notes shared with your primary care doctor, with your permission.
- A follow-up call to check how you're recovering.
- If symptoms change, a revisit is one phone call away.
